Enjoy a 30-day Money Back Guarantee on your purchases at xBloom. If you're not fully satisfied, you may return or exchange most items within 30 days of purchase (based on delivery date).
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Return shipping labels can be provided upon request, with the cost deducted from your final refund total, and a restocking fee may apply. If your order is being returned for a defect that affects usability, return shipping will be covered.

Machine Non-Covered Issues: While we strive for perfection, minor cosmetic imperfections can occur and may be subjective. These minor imperfections, such as those on the machine's outer casing, accessories, or spare parts, do not qualify as product defects. Therefore, under our 30-day return policy, and a $60 restocking fee will apply. xBloom reserves the right to refuse returns or charge a restocking fee for unverified defective or damaged items.
Please ensure all returned items are complete, in original packaging and unused/unworn within 30 days, we ask that you package your return items well so that they are not damaged during the journey. We cannot refund items which were not packaged well enough to survive the trip. We also reserve the right to assess and charge a restocking fee if the product is dirty, wet or missing any parts. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. Value of gifts /non-returnable items will be deducted from the refund.
Please note that the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
1) Coffee products- Such as xPods or retail pack coffees
2) Perishable goods- Such as foods or personal care products.
3) Consumables - Such as filter papers or mineral water packages.
4) Machine parts/components
5) Personalized products
6) Refurbished machines
7) All clearance / final sale items
The Following service fees (if incurred) are non-refundable:
1) Shipping fee on non-defect items
2) Expedited shipping fee
3) Route package protection fee
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please send an email out to support@xbloom.com, we require photos of the product and all its accessories to verify their completeness and condition of the product. Your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days after receipt and inspection of your return and will post to your original payment method used to make the purchase. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
To return gifted merchandise, please include the original purchaser’s name and email address or order number. Gift returns will be issued in the form of store credit.
Orders shipped internationally (outside US and Canada):
Original shipping fees (if any) and duty fees / tax are non-refundable (unless defects).
Order Exchanges/Cancellations:
Free cancellation before items are shipped from our warehouse. You can modify/cancel an order that has not yet been shipped. Once shipped, we apologize, it is no longer eligible for cancellation or exchange. Please send an email out to support@xbloom.com as soon as possible if you wish to initiate an order exchange or cancellation. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee it will always be possible. Any order marked as "refused" or "returned to sender" will have any return shipping costs deducted from the eligible refund.

Please note that Product shall be returned to xBloom under responsibility and at the expense of the Customer. The customer will may use a carrier of his own choice and at his own expense request return shipping labels from us, with the cost deducted from your final refund total, without undue delay and in any case within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of the date on which he informed xBloom of his decision to withdraw. The term is met if the customer ships the Products back before the expiry of the 14 (fourteen) day period. The direct costs incurred for returning the Products to xBloom shall be paid by the Customer. If your Product is being returned for a defect that affects usability, return shipping will be covered by us.
As customer, you are only responsible for the decrease in the Product value resulting from a handling of the Product other than the one required to determine the Product nature, characteristics and operation. The Product, anyway, shall be stored, handled and inspected with due diligence and returned intact, complete with all its components, in good working order, complete with all the accessories and the package leaflets, with the identification tags, the labels and the single-use seal, if any, still attached to the Product, intact and unaltered, as well as perfectly suitable for the intended use and without any signs of wearing and dirt. The withdrawal, in addition, applies to the Product as a whole. As a consequence, it cannot be exercised for any Product parts and/or accessories. Should the package include the Product’s serial code, it shall be regarded as a part of the Product; as a consequence, the Product shall be returned in its original package, which shall be placed into an additional packaging, as no label or strap can be attached to the original one.
