1. Definitions: 

• Referrer: An existing customer of xBloom who participates in the Referral Program by sharing their unique referral link to invite new customers. 
• Referred Customer: A new customer who receives a referral invitation from a Referrer and makes a qualifying purchase using the provided referral link. 

2. Eligibility: 

• Participation in the Referral Program is open to existing xBloom customers who are of legal age in their jurisdiction. 
• Referred Customers must not have previously purchased an xBloom coffee machine on xBloom. 

3. Referral Process: 

• Referrers can share their unique referral link via email, social media, or directly with friends. 
• Referred Customers must use the provided referral link to purchase their first xBloom coffee machine and qualify for the program. 

4. Rewards: 

• Referred Customers receive a $20 discount code for an xBloom coffee machine with the provided referral link. 
• Referrers earn 2000 points ($20 value) for every successful referral after the Referred Customer completes a qualifying purchase. 
• Points are credited to the Referrer's account and can be redeemed for an exclusive discount applicable to any product in their next order on xBloom. 

5. Limitations: 

• Self-referrals, multiple accounts by the same individual, or fraudulent activities are not eligible for rewards. 
• xBloom reserves the right to disqualify any participant found violating these terms. 
• Referrers who are official affiliates or influencers partnered with xBloom are not eligible to participate in the Referral Program. Any points earned in violation of this rule will be canceled. 

6. Expiration: 

• Points earned through referrals may have an expiration date, typically six months from the date of issuance. 

7. Modification and Termination: 

• xBloom reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time without prior notice. 
• Participants should review the Program Terms & Conditions periodically for updates. 

8. General: 

• Participation in the Referral Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. 
• All decisions regarding eligibility, rewards, and disputes will be made by xBloom and are final.
