This delightful honey-processed coffee from the Santa Barbara region of Honduras brings bright acidity and aromatic florals to every sip. Sourced from small farms around Santa Barbara Mountain near Yojoa Lake, the area’s unique microclimate ensures consistent, high-quality coffee each year.

Coffee has been a key part of the region’s history, overcoming challenges like rust disease in 2011. Thanks to dedicated farmers and the discovery of specialty coffee potential, this region now produces some of Honduras' most renowned coffees.
