This limited-edition blend combines washed Ethiopian coffee (hello, clarity!) with carefully selected co-fermented Colombian lots from renowned producers like Negusse Debela, Adrian Lasso, and Jairo Arcila. The result? A layered profile that offers the structure of your favorite washed brews with the vivid, fruit-forward punch of advanced processing.

 

 

Why We Made This

 

As roasters and flavor chasers, we’ve never liked being forced to choose between “classic” and “experimental.” With each cup, you can expect to taste something fruit-forward and dynamic, but also clean and approachable. Our goal is to present you with a coffee that's both balanced and striking, traditional and innovative.
